2021 Chargers Track & Field Camp
At Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan, we provide an educational and inspirational experience for athletes ages 12-18.
Each camper receives state-of-the-art training. Our knowledgeable staff uses a combination of drills, demonstrations and training theory to enhance performance. Flexibility and weight training sessions are part of the daily program, providing a comprehensive package of the latest, most successful training methods. Campers choose from all disciplines: throws (shot put,hammer, discus, javelin), sprints, hurdles, middle distance (including steeplechase), and jumps (high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault). Campers leave with a renewed enthusiasm for their event, with a plan for their future!
Camp is limited to 100 overnight participants at this time. Once the cap is reached, interested overnight campers may register to the wait list. A member of the coaching staff will be in contact with you if a spot opens.
There is no cap on the number of day campers at this time.
In an enhanced effort to offer a high level camp and maintain the health of everyone involved, we will implement numerous health and sanitary practices.

Facility: Hillsdale College Track complex
Each camper should wear comfortable work-out clothing for each camp session. Additionally, campers should bring their own event shoes or spikes. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified.
Note: For liability reasons, pole vaulters must bring their own poles.
